2. Product Information & Regulatory Compliance
2.1. The Bumgun is described as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions or images are entirely free from errors or inaccuracies.
2.2. The Bumgun is intended for personal hygiene purposes only. Please refer to the user manual for safe and proper use.
2.3. Regulatory Compliance: The Bumgun is classified as a Fluid Category 5 risk under the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the product is installed in accordance with local water regulations. In the UK, this includes the mandatory requirement of a Type AB air gap (break tank). We accept no liability for non-compliant installations.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

3.3. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the methods specified on our website.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We ship to selected locations as specified on our website.
4.2. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on external factors beyond our control.
4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier services, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns, Refunds & Distance Selling Rights
5.1. Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.
5.2. Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of the product, for health and hygiene reasons, returns can only be accepted if the product is completely unused, in its original sealed packaging, and has not been connected to a water supply. Once the product has been installed or used, it is non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
5.3. If eligible, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Warranty
6.1. The Bumgun is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
6.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Improper installation (including non-compliance with UK Water Regulations).
- Failure to follow pressure management procedures (specifically the requirement to close the isolation valve after use).
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
7. User Responsibility & Pressure Management
7.1. It is a strict requirement of use that the supplied isolation valve is closed and the hose is depressurised (by pushing the lever the sprayer one final time) after every use.
7.2. Hand-held sprayers and hose compartments are engineered for intermittent pressure and are not designed to be left under constant 24/7 mains pressure.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bumguns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
8.2. Water Damage: We accept no liability for water damage to property resulting from:
- Failure to close the isolation valve or depressurise the hose after use.
- Installation by a non-qualified person or in a manner that does not meet UK Water Regulations.
- Leaving the product under continuous mains water pressure.
8.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9.1. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bumguns.org and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
9.2. You may not extract or use any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
